Well, that’s fascinating.
The Blizzard Feedback UI MOD has been redesigned and is included in this patch. You will notice a blue B button on your minimap to open it and a blue line of text saying “Alt Left Click for feedback” on items, creatures, quests and maps. Please do spam us with your useful suggestions, surveys and bug reports.
After an instance run, you are also welcome to complete a survey about your experience of it.
Does anyone have screenshots of the feedback UI?
It’s a really interesting idea, and probably really easy to implement too.

In Pirates of the Burning Sea, we have a survey that pops up when you complete a mission. It has a couple of numeric rankings and a space for comments. We have a cooldown on the survey so you don’t see it every single time. The results go into the inevitable database with a php frontend for analyzing our beta testers’ opinions of the missions they play.
I don’t know that we’ll use it in the live game but it’s helpful to identify problem areas in the beta. Of course, all data is only as valuable as the time you have to study and act on it, and that time competes with everything else we gotta get done.
