Experience for defeating enemies increased, but not missions, task forces, etc. Issue 11 earlier added a class of "ultra-rare" inventions that dropped only from level 50 enemies (none in the rewards for missions, trials, or task forces), and were only slotable at level 50. So there has been a lot of encouraging people to SK to their level 50 friends and powerlevel/farm. If that was their intent, thumbs up, it has been working fine amongst the people I know.
